| Description (Service) | COVID19 Only the emergency shelter is open 24/7 Amy's is an eight unit apartment complex which provides affordable, safe and supportive housing for up to one year for women and their children who are re-building their lives after abuse. Amy's provides a safe environment in which women and their children can begin to recover from their experiences of abuse and rebuild their lives. While at Amy's, women can receive supportive counselling, assistance with finding community resources and 24 hour telephone support is available through the crisis line. There is a recreational program for the children. |
