Description (Service)

5-week group training program teaches participants self-monitoring and self-management skills that allow them to reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of their anger.

Sessions will cover:

  • understanding anger

  • how to identify anger within ourselves

  • how thinking impacts our emotions (cognitive distortions)

  • how self-care can help reduce the intensity of anger.

Groups are available several times a year and are often scheduled in the morning or the afternoon with the latest group time being 3:00pm-4:30pm
