| Description (Service) | 5-week group training program teaches participants self-monitoring and self-management skills that allow them to reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of their anger. Sessions will cover:
Groups are available several times a year and are often scheduled in the morning or the afternoon with the latest group time being 3:00pm-4:30pm |
