Description (Service) Homeless Services (Family & Singles Hostel Services) Shelter
  • Provides shelter, 3 meals a day, 24 hour support. Referrals to appropriate services and advocacy with other agencies. The homeless shelter is located in the town of Lindsay. 
Trustee Program 
  • Trustee available for youth who are Ontario Works recipients. Supports in special circumstances (special needs) for those aged 22-32.

Hours Administration / Front Desk Hours: Mon to Fri 9 am-4:30 pmTrustee Services, Emergency Shelter, Outreach and After-Care at Hostel: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Areas Served Haliburton County ; Kawartha Lakes
Eligibility Anyone who is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Those needing Trustee Services. Youth at risk.
Application Intake documents for all programs prepared with client by support staff.
Languages English - Reception; Interpretive Services - Provided when a language barrier exists
