Description (Service) | Kawartha Conservation is a watershed-based, non-profit organization established by its municipal partners in 1979 under the Ontario Conservation Authorities Act. The mandate of the organization is to help ensure the conservation, restoration and responsible management of water, land and natural habitats through programs and services that balance human, environmental and economic needs. |
