| Description (Service) | * The Adult Day Service provides a range of social and physical activities, which are designed to meet the special needs of each client. * The service goals are to offer social and recreational opportunities to frail/cognitively impaired seniors and adults with disabilities and to provide quality, compassionate service that respects client choice and supports the needs of caregivers. |
