Should you have difficulty printing the application contact the office 705-887-1498 and they can assist with the application. Call the Salvation Army office at 705-887-1408 to set up an appointment date to review the application and set a date to pick up the Christmas Hamper. Applicants must have ID for all members of household, proof of income (eg. wages, pension) |
