| Description (Service) | Food bank serving non perishable food items. Christmas hampers available in December. Families get canned food and all the trimmings, a voucher for a turkey at Foodland and gifts for any child under 16 years old. In order to receive a Christmas Hamper it is necessary to complete a application form which can be done at the Omemee Coronation Hall The local churches (Trinity United & Bethel United) donate gifts - they have Angel Trees with descriptions of children and their interests and parishioners choose children to buy presents for. |
