Training | Orientation ; Training is provided - Online, by email and in-person; reference materials are also provided to support training ; Training is required ; Scheduled training - At a mutually convenient date - likely from 6am until approximately 8am ; Training on the job - Shadowing and working alongside an experienced volunteer ; The GTHS onboarding process must be completed before a volunteer's first shift. Orientation and onboarding is conducted virtually / via email. On-the-job training will be provided by an experienced volunteer. |
