Duties• To act as a representative of Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario 
• To complete Support Group Facilitator orientation and training 
• To adhere to the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario Volunteer Policies and Procedures 
• To participate in educational opportunities that will encourage professional growth and development 
• To facilitate monthly support group, including planning, set-up, refreshments, speakers, and clean-up 
• To report and update Coordinator of Programs and Services on a monthly basis 
• To input volunteer hours after each volunteer occurrence using Volunteer Management System (Volunteer Impact)
