| Duties | Heavy lifters are required to move crates/boxes within the food bank building and assist with the loading/unloading of the truck when merchandise comes into the food bank. The volunteers must be comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs, including lifting over shoulder height and standing for long periods of time. |
