| Duties | Based on local recruitment plans and needs, identify high potential events/locations/ people to connect with who would be a great fit as CCS volunteers Be active within the community promoting CCS as a place to volunteer (attending networking events, volunteer fairs etc.) Engage in elements of the volunteer cycle as new volunteers are onboarded (reference checks, online postings, etc.) Work closely with staff partner to coordinate recruitment activities and track results | |||
