| Duties | We are bringing on several high school youth to join Season 5 of our Food Leader Interview Series! Our youth Interviewers conduct virtual video interviews with professionals working in our food systems (aka Canadian food leaders). This role is responsible for participating in virtual training sessions, designing interview questions, communicating with their selected Interviewee, and carrying out an interview over Zoom. No prior experience is required! You must currently be a high school student or of high school age (14-19). Our goal is to provide a flexible and self-driven atmosphere where you’re free to explore your interests, gain new skills, and ultimately contribute to an important youth-driven project to inspire and educate youth about agri-food careers!

| Training | Orientation ; Training is provided ; Staff will carry out orientation & training sessions with all Interviewers - these are virtual, group sessions over Zoom. They will focus on some of the key skills needed to successfully interview a food leader - research, designing interview questions, communicating via email, using Zoom, and of course, practicing those interview skills! |
