DutiesWe’re looking for: Friendly, outgoing individuals that are living with any number of chronic diseases including Arthritis, Diabetes, Pain, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Stroke, Obesity and more. Working with other Peer Leader volunteers you’ll be trained in delivering the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Condition Workshop to others in the community who are also living with a Chronic Condition.

Commitment LengthShort Term (3 months or less) ; After training is completed volunteers will lead a 6 week workshop (once a week for 6 weeks)  
We ask that Peer Leaders commit to 2 workshops each year.
