DutiesTruck drivers assistants load and unload goods, transport goods to the ReStore, various demolition sites and various pick up locations. You would be responsible for material being transported and being courteous to customers/donors where you will be picking up or dropping off.  
You need to be physically fit, able to lift up to 40 pounds, have good hand/eye coordination and comfortable with 2-3 step instruction. Volunteers who are interested should visit the website to download a volunteer application.

BenefitsAfter a minimum of 60 hours you can receive a letter of reference from the Manager of Resource Development. Complete 80 hours and receive a letter of reference from ReStore Management. Complete 100 hours and and put us on your resume as work placement (non-paid) to impress employers. You will also receive a volunteer discount for purchases after 4 completed shifts, and know that you are supporting Habitat to build homes for future families.
