| Duties | Visit one of the Georgian Bay Land Trust's protected properties at least once a year, upload a simple reporting form on the property's condition, and conduct any minor stewardship activities necessary (ex. picking up litter, greeting visitors). |

| Training | Training is provided - New stewards will receive an information package and be instructed on what to look for on property visits. ; Optional stewards meetings occur twice yearly, providing an opportunity for education and fellowship among stewards. |
| Transportation | Stewards must be able to get themselves to their chosen property, many of which are boat access only. This position is ideal for someone already familiar with navigating by boat around eastern Georgian Bay and/or the North Channel. |
