| Duties | The Board of Directors and its committees oversee the governance, and have legal and financial responsibility for the organization. The Board is accountable to its funders, membership, national agency (BBBSC) and the general public. This is a "hands-on" group who are involved in many facets of the agency like fundraising and special events. |
