DutiesHelp needed in a variety of positions during annual fair in August. From working the gate to the children's activity centre.  
* Help needed with set-up, clean-up, planning, preparation, before, during or after the annual Agricultural Fair  
* Various committees need people to Chair and helpers  
* Homecraft Ladies have their own agenda, committees and meetings.They are a big part of the fair providing a breakfast and lunch each day plus presenting the Home craft division with hundreds of exhibitors.  
* Administration work in secretary's office. Four hour shift. 
 
Volunteers also needed for: 
* 105fm Video Party 
* Annual Chicken BBQ the last Sunday of May each year 
* Food booth a the Hoard's Station Sale Barn one Tuesday in August of each year

Dates and TimesSet up for the Fair starts the Tuesday before and clean-up is the Monday following. General Board Meetings are the 3nd Tuesday of the month at 7.30 p.m. October to April at the Rotary Hall. May to Sept Red barn. 
Homecraft Ladies meet 6 times per year.

Additional RequirementsPutting on an Annual fair can involve everything from grounds maintenance (grass cutting, fence painting, barn repairs, etc) to Safety at the fair, to heavy lifting (setting up displays for fair, cleaning up after the fair) even cutting pies. Lots of different jobs for various skill sets.
