DutiesAttend regular meeting to provide input, advice and project support on effective fundraising approaches that will assist in achieving organizational goals and objectives (e.g. annual work plan development, budget estimate preparation, priority setting, special event co-ordination, community networking). Develop and update a long-range fundraising plan. Distribute information to or contact potential donors from time to time. Carry out research or special assignments on behalf of the committee to assist with new program development and decision making.

Strong organizational skills in order to participate in and assist with activities of the Committee such as developing production timelines, assembling timely information, investigating new approaches and reporting to the Committee in an orderly manner. Knowledge of and basic skills in computer operation and e-mail processes in order to participate effectively in sharing and modification of Committee written materials.
