DutiesEach volunteer performs one of the following duties: 
* Help organize free farm produce picking trips 
* Coordinating an area to be a bus stop 
* Monitoring bus trips and bussed pickers in the fields 
* Picking produce for other community members or food banks

Skills/ExperienceGood people skills and good organizational skills. Gleaning produce involves bending, kneeling, picking, lifting, and carrying quantities of farm produce.
Commitment LengthHigh School Students wanting to do some hours for volunteer hours can be involved also.
Dates and TimesGleaning trips are arranged on short notice by necessity due to weather conditions and the whims of mother nature. And whenever a farmer grower allows us onto their property to pick for free.
AccessibilityBuses are school buses, so they do not kneel down. Participants and volunteers can take walkers. Those who are disabled usually use their own transportation to the farm. Farms can present different accessibility due to soil conditions and type of produce being picked. Pickers must be able to get on and off the school bus.
