Duties*Converse and engage in hobbies and/or shared interests with people who have early stage memory loss (Alzheimer's Disease or other type of dementia). 
*Specialized training is provided to ensure that volunteers feel well prepared to offer this valued support. 
*Will consider volunteers under age 18, depending on motivation and commitment.
Benefits*Knowing that you have brightened the day of someone who has Alzheimer's disease with socialization, activities, and companionship.  
*Also knowing that you provided the direct caregiver with a brief respite from constant care.
ClientsPeople diagnosed with Alzheimer's who are in the early stages of the disease.
