• Monitor pace of play utilizing Tag Marshal technology alongside the Pro Shop Attendant and the Professional Staff in addition to oncourse observation Ensure golfers adhere to course rules and regulations including course care
• Provide high-quality customer service to golfers, addressing their needs and resolving issues as they may arise throughout the day
• Assist with the coordination and set up of golf carts, member/guests bags, on course signage and specialty stations as required for both daily play and tournaments
• Enforce course safety guidelines
• Assist Starter at first tee during busy times
• Weekends are the busiest times at the course. Some weekends and holidays are required
• Maintain communication with the golf shop staff and Golf Operations staff
• Provide excellent customer service to golfers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job duties include sorting food, stocking shelves and fundraising during food drives. Positions available to serve clients on Tuesdays. Other duties as assigned.

• Set up/tear down volunteer - carry and set up display tables, attach skirting, put up temporary barriers, place ticket booths at entrances, place cement barriers on track
• Gates/admission booth volunteer - sell tickets, apply wristbands
• Beer tent volunteer- sell tickets or serve drinks, stock coolers.  Smart serve required. 
• Parking attendants volunteer - direct cars to available parking
• Childrens events volunteer- pedal tractor pull, childrens pet show
