6. Inform appropriate staff when front desk supplies are low so supplies can be replenished. 
7. Review communications log each day. Make entries to the communications log, as needed. 
8. Inform visitors of ShopCNIB store days and hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) if they inquire about the CNIB store. 
9. Keep an eye out for disoriented visitors outside. People are often confused by what door to come in and may need guidance. Assist them when possible.

Our Public Relations Team is currently recruiting 2 people. These team members would be utilized in an emergency and day to day house keeping. We are asking for 2 new team members mainly in-case an emergency post needs to placed on our website and/or social media accounts such a Missing Persons Release which is highly time sensitive and current team member is not available. Must have VERY strong oral and written English skills. Must have smart phone for emergency paging system. Volunteers will be asked to speak to groups varying in size, from 5 to 250. Volunteers will be assigned to groups sizes in their comfort level.
