Description
Description (Service) | Nursing - visiting and shift nursing in the community. Some specialty services offered: wound care, enterostomal nursing, bladder continence nursing, palliative care; long-term care, community clinics. Personal Support/Homemaking Services: support in the client's home or location of choice. Care for populations with specialized needs. Specialized areas of care include: mental health, palliative care, long-term care and gerontology, child and family services. Staff has access to 24 hour supervisory supports and advice. |
