Group program running 3-5 days per week offering assessment, stabilization, community referral and follow-up for individuals with a diagnosis of serious mental illness

• groups are offered in-person and virtually
• groups offered include CBT, Self Esteem, Health and Wellness, Codependency, Anxiety and Mood, Communication, Concurrent Disorders, Mindfulness, and DBT Skills
• length of program varies from four to twelve weeks
• individual counselling
• family/social supportive counselling
• brief transitional case management for those transitioning from the hospital to the community
