Police Record Checks: a completed application form and two pieces of identification are required, one piece of identification must be photo id and the other can be non-photo id (no Health or Social Insurance Cards can be used for identification) * fee for police record checks is $41, cash only * no fee for volunteers with a letter from the organization that they are volunteering with
