Description (Service) | Patrols provincial highways and bodies of water. Enforces laws concerning vehicle traffic, liquor, gambling, and illegal drugs under provincial statutes and criminal code. Informs citizens on crime prevention, safety, and police oriented matters. Text to 9-1-1 service available for persons who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired. Eligible individuals must pre-register with their wireless provider for this service. |
