| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response * CMHA Simcoe County Branch has closed all offices to in-person services for clients, families and the public * all services are available virtually by secure email, voice, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) or text * Assertive Community Treatment Teams and Early Psychosis Intervention programs are continuing as usual If you require immediate mental health assistance, please call: Mental Health Crisis Line (Mon-Sun 24 hours): 705-728-5044 or 1-888-893-8333 Telecare: 705-726-7922 Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868 to chat Regular Service Provides services to anyone, including concerned family members or friends, affected by the problem of alcohol, drug use or gambling * services include counselling, case management and follow-up after assessment * assessment process lasts approximately three to four sessions, and follow-up and support will go on as long as necessary * acts as an information centre regarding addictions |
