Hours	Office In-person: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm Online: Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm Classes Day, some evening classes available Online and in-person courses available

Eligibility	Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum must have facility in English
