Description (Service)

Builds and rehabilitates houses with the help of the homeowner and volunteer labour, using donations of money and materials.

Devoted to providing non-profit housing to low income, local families
construction is a partnership venture between volunteers, future homeowners and the community
affiliated with Habitat for Humanity Canada

Hours	Meetings: hold monthly Board meetings and monthly committee meetings, call for information

Eligibility	Criteria to be a Qualifying Family Partner includes: family income and family size limits, call or visit website for information Simcoe County resident for at least two years live in substandard and/or inadequate housing or poor living conditions must complete 500 volunteer hours proven job or income stability and able to make timely house mortgage payments cohesive stable family unit good neighbour willing to be a partner with Habitat for Humanity
