No fee and subsidized home maintenance and repairs to eligible seniors and people with disabilities to support them to stay independent in their homes, services include:

Help Around the House

• Light bulb replacement
• Installing and/or changing batteries in smoke detectors or CO2 monitors
• Similar odd jobs

Improving Your Safety

• Installation of grab bars in the bathroom and home

Help Outside the House

• Eavestrough cleaning
• Exterior window cleaning
• Leaf removal
• Grass cutting and trimming*
• Driveway and walkway snow removal, including salting/sanding*

ILS will provide the tools for the task(s). Clients are required to supply their own materials
