Eligibility	People requiring physiotherapy services OHIP coverage available for: people 19 years and under or 65 years and older ODSP or OW recipients people recently discharged as inpatients of a hospital who require physiotherapy directly connected to the condition, illness or injury for which they were admitted to the hospital, post day surgery or outpatient surgery total joint replacements covered under Bundled Care
Application	Medical referral required for OHIP coverage.
