Description (Service)

Department offers a variety of programs, subsidies and information for parents and supports for child care providers

provides reference tool to help find licensed, commercially operated and nonprofit child care and home child care services
provides families with information regarding the availability and the process of obtaining child care fee assistance
supports child care centres and addresses community child care issues
monitors existing contracted child care centres and home child care providers to ensure that these programs meet County and Provincial standards
