| Fees | Membership ; Residents of Clearview, Adjala-Tosorontio and Mulmur Townships are provided library services free of charge. Persons living outside of Clearview and its contracting municipalities must pay an annual non-resident fee of $45 per family. Clearview Public Library has Reciprocal Borrowing agreements with Essa Public Library, Penetanguishene Public Library, Ramara Public Library, Severn Public Library, Springwater Township Public Library and Tay Township Public Library. |
