| Description (Service) | Provides medical treatment performed by nursing staff to patients able to travel to the clinic All patients attending the North Simcoe Muskoka Home and Community Care Support Services community nursing clinic will be assessed and provided with individualized instruction on self care and self-management supports Anyone using a mobility aid such as a cane, walker or wheel chair should bring the aid with them. |
