Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Due to the evolving situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Breaking Down Barriers office will be closed to the public until further notice Staff are working from home and monitoring phone and email messages. Call 705-445-1543 ext *301 or by email at adminsupport@bdbilrc.ca. Regular Service Provides programs, services and supports to assist adults with disabilities to live independently in the community. Creates opportunities for people to gain self-confidence, take initiative and make their own choices. Referral to other community services. Programs:
