| Application | Phone the Elmvale Library and leave your name and phone number and a volunteer will be in contact to arrange either an in-person or a virtual-by-phone appointment. OR Drop off your tax documents, date of birth, contact information (name, address, phone and email address) at the library. Please place all paperwork inside a sealed envelope labelled INCOME TAXES and your name. A volunteer will prepare them and return them for pickup. |
