Description (Service) | Provides free community programs that offer resources to help address social barriers affecting the health of the communities (such as social isolation, chronic disease, unemployment, low income, food insecurity, obesity, and poor health and lifestyle choices) and generate long-term, sustainable improvements for the better health of our community. Current programs include:
Community members are encouraged to participate at the SGBCHC by becoming a volunteer or applying to become a board member. Email info@sgbchc.ca for more information. |

Eligibility | All programs and workshops are available to all members of the community regardless of their primary care affiliation.
Individuals do not have to be a registered client to take part in the community programs. |
