Breastfeeding support available by phone from a public health nurse - Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm- 1-888-221-2133. Prenatal eLearning available that includes breastfeeding module and information. Register HERE

In-person Breastfeeding Clinic support available through Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) - Stratford General Hospital Maternal Child Unit - Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 9 am-noon - families can call anytime 519-272-8232 or 1-888-275-1102 Ext 8232.

Mothers Initiating Lactation Knowledge and Support (MILKS) Facebook group is a peer-to peer group that provides support, encouragement and links to community breastfeeding and parenting resources for breastfeeding families in Huron and Perth counties.
