Description (Service) Services designed for people who choose to live independently, but require non-medical services * fully insured * approved care provider for Canadian Veterans 
Offer a wide range of services including: 
Personal Care 
• Toileting and dressing 
• Bathing and personal grooming 
• Assistance with meal prep and eating 
• Assistance with medication 
• Assistance with walking, exercises, and mobility 
• Overnight stays are available  
Help at Home 
• Meal preparation 
• Light Housekeeping and laundry 
• Putting out garbage and recycling 
• Changing sheets and making the bed 
• Pet care and pick up mail 
• Organizing, cleaning closets and drawers etc 
• Visits at home, hospital, retirement or LTC facilities 
• Play cards, read aloud and assist with hobbies 
• Discuss current events 
• Go for walks 
• Provide medication reminders 
• Taking client to activities 
Respite Care 
Provide primary care givers with essential time off and peace of mind 
Palliative Care 
Provide non-medical assistance for client’s and their families during difficult transitions 
Driving Companion 
• Doctor appointments in and out of town 
• Medical tests and procedures 
• Hairdresser appointments 
• Visits with family and friends 
• Shopping and Errands 
• Going out for a meal or scenic drive 
• Custom outings individual or group 
• Special occasion companion for Weddings, Anniversary’s and other events 
Accommodate walkers, folding wheelchairs and individuals with 02 tanks 
Home from the Hospital 
• Assist with discharge, instructions and personal belongings 
• Shopping and errands 
• Light housekeeping 
• Arrange and supervise medical equipment drop-off or installation 
Alzheimer’s & Dementia 
• Customized client care plans 
• Cueing and redirection 
• Respite for main caregiver 
• Advocate for clients when family not present

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm * Care Mon-Sun 24 hours * calls will be returned after hours and on weekends

Eligibility No restrictions * predominantly assists older adults but will also assist individuals with developmental disabilities or any individual who requires service due to an impairment such as vision loss, dementia, MVA or any other limitations
