Description
| Description (Service) | Patrols provincial highways, municipal roads and bodies of water. Enforces laws concerning vehicle traffic, liquor, gambling and illegal drugs under provincial statutes and criminal code. Informs citizens on crime prevention, safety and police oriented matters. Responsible for complaints such as barking dogs (including the enforcement of dog by-laws) and noise control issues under town by-law after hours. Vulnerable person registry. |
