Description (Service) Provides support to veterans, their families and the community * hosts social gatherings, including summer barbeques on Friday nights (all welcome) 
 
Celebrate Legion Week in September * Annual Poppy campaign is held the first two weeks in November which includes: tag days, a parade to the cenotaph on Remembrance Day, November 11, followed by a service at the cenotaph and comradeship at the Legion * proceeds from the Poppy Campaign are used to assist ex-veterans and their families, bursaries for education, literacy and poster contest prizes 
 
Loan cupboard available for public and members including crutches, canes, wheelchairs, walkers and toilet seats * accepts donations of some items, call for information

Hours Mon-Tue, Thu 4 pm-7 pm * Wed 4 pm-10 pm * Fri 4 pm-11 * Sat 4 pm-7 pm 
 
Club meets fourth Thu each month for: executive meeting at 6 pm * general meeting at 7:30 pm
