Description (Service)

Assisted Living supports clients who have significant need for assistance with the activities of daily living in order to remain living independently in their own homes. Services include:

assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping and laundry
frequent visits, both scheduled and unscheduled, are provided throughout the day
assistance is available 24/7 through an emergency call system, Lifeline.

This program is offered in three geographic hubs located in Brussels, Goderich and Zurich.

Service Details

Hours	Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Emergency (Lifeline): Mon-Sun 24 hours.

Eligibility	Varies per service required.
Application	Referral through the Local Health Integration Network, Home and Community Care for those who meet eligibility criteria.
