Description

Description (Service)

Assists preschool aged child presenting with special needs to be included and participate fully in preschool settings and in their communities.

Services:

Consulting to licensed child care programs and providing early intervention and support for children with special needs in child care settings
Professional development and peer mentoring for Early Childhood Educators
Screening of child development and individualized support plans to address gross and fine motor skills, language, cognitive, social and self-help skills
Family support; Information and consultation to child care programs and transition planning and support to enter school

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, evening visits as requested.
