Eligibility | Residents of Huron County may be eligible for Pathways when faced with a sudden change in their circumstances, dependent upon on their household income. |
Application | The Application for the Pathways to Self-Sufficiency program can be found at HERE More information on the program can also be found on this website. People receiving Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) assistance should call Huron County Social Services to speak directly to their Case Manager or the Pathways Coordinator. |
