Description
| Description (Service) | Helps those who are experiencing homelessness in Grey County. Individuals or families who enroll in the program will connect with a coordinator to assess needs. A Grey County coordinator will support clients in finding safe, short-term housing options. If there are no safe options available, short-term shelter may be provided in a local motel. Coordinators will continue to work with clients to ensure their needs are met and to create a plan for finding stable housing. On-site support services may also be provided as needed. Housing Search and Information - Coordinators will offer assistance with finding rental housing. Computers are available to use at the office to help with housing search. |
