Description (Service) | COVID19 Many outdoor recreational amenities are closed until further notice. * All campsites associated with the Haliburton Highlands Water Trails are closed. No camping available for the May long weekend, which does not change with the provincial announcement made on May 14. No new reservations are being accepted at this time. * Hiking trails now open for walk through access only, except the Dorset Tower Trail, which remains closed. * Trails Office on St. Nora Lake is closed. Equipment rentals not available. * Camping reservations will be reviewed relative to provincial restrictions in 1 month increments throughout the season. At this time, all reservations for the month of May will be automatically cancelled and refunded. If you have a reservation within the monthly cancellation time frame, no action is required from you. A reservation representative will automatically process your cancellation/refund and will contact you by phone to confirm. During the last week of each month, a decision will be made and implemented for the next month until such time that provincial restriction is lifted and operations are able to return to normal. Haliburton Highlands water Trails consists of over 28,000 hectares of countless lakes, rivers, trails and forest.
