Description (Service) | The Lonely No More (LNM) program is a free phone based, peer support program for rural seniors that addresses the need for socialization in a safe and protected space. The LNM program consists of weekly teleconference calls (known as Elder Circles) with between 3 to 5 older adults, facilitated by skill enhanced community volunteers. The program focuses on three outcomes: peer support, health coaching and system navigation. The LNM participant and new collaborators facilitate community events such as:
