Description
Description (Service) | Provides for a periodic break and planned respite for children, youth and adults with various needs in Huron County. Staff will assist in developing a respite plan with caregivers to meet their needs and the needs of the individual. Various respite options are available which include over-night, hourly, camps, in-person and/or virtual groups and workshops. Supports and services are voluntary, however must meet specific funding criteria to qualify for subsidy. |

Eligibility | The Program serves both children and adults, with disabilities. Funders do have criteria for eligibility. Various referral sources, however adults must qualify through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). |
