Description
| Description (Service) | Simcoe County District School Board public schools offer before and after school care (subject to sufficient demand, on a fee-for-service basis) for children up to grade 6. This optional program will run during the school year from 7 am until bell time, and from bell time until 6 pm. The program will run throughout the school year including non-instructional days where the child requires care during usual classroom hours for PD days and winter and March breaks. Extended Care Program will be in place at schools where where there is sufficient demand. A list of school currently offering extended care can be found here. |

| Fees | Program ; Non-Instructional Days Full day program - 7 am-6 pm. $34.20 (PD days, Christmas and March Break) Parents/Guardians who are working, attending school or fulfilling a participation agreement with Ontario Works may be eligible for a subsidy to assist with these fees. To apply the Child Care Fee Subsidy call the Children and Community Services Department and speak with the Intake Screening Unit, at 705-722-3132, Option 4, or 905-729-4514, Option 4. |
